All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
Full payment must be made upon booking to secure your reservation.
Refunds are only available if the cancellation is made 24 hours before the event. Cancellations made after this period are non-refundable.

3. Participant Requirements

Participants must be physically fit and prepared for outdoor walking activities.
Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
You are responsible for wearing appropriate clothing and bringing any required equipment.

4. Health and Safety

You are responsible for your own health, safety, and well-being during the event.
Please follow all instructions provided by our team for your safety and the safety of others.
In case of emergency, contact emergency services immediately.

5. Liability

Our Company accepts no liability for any injury, loss, damage, or accident that occurs during participation in our walking quests.
By participating, you acknowledge that walking activities can involve risks and hazards, including physical injury, slips, falls, and weather-related incidents. You voluntarily assume all risks.
Our company will not be held liable for any damage or loss of personal property during the event.

6. Insurance

We strongly recommend that participants take out appropriate personal insurance to cover injury, illness, and personal belongings for the duration of the event.
We are not liable for any costs or damages related to lack of insurance coverage.

7. Cancellations and Changes

We reserve the right to cancel or change any event due to unforeseen circumstances, such as bad weather, or other factors outside our control.
In the event of cancellation by our company, you will be offered a choice of a full refund or rescheduling to a future date.

8. Behavior

Disruptive or dangerous behavior will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to remove any participant from the event without a refund if their behavior is deemed unsafe or inappropriate.

9. Privacy

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by UK law. By agreeing to these terms, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
