1. What is a walking quest?
A walking quest is an interactive adventure where participants explore designated routes, follow clues, and solve puzzles to complete a unique challenge. It's a great way to explore new areas and have fun with friends, family, or colleagues.
2. Do I need to bring any special equipment?
Our quests are designed to be accessible, so you'll just need comfortable walking shoes, weather-appropriate clothing, and a fully charged mobile phone with installed Whatsapp. A water bottle and snacks are also recommended for longer quests
3. Can children participate in the quests?
Yes, children are welcome! However, children must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Please check each quest's difficulty level on our website to see if it's suitable for younger adventurers.
4. What happens if the weather is bad?
Our quests run in most weather conditions, but in the case of extreme weather (e.g., heavy rain, high winds), we may reschedule or cancel for safety reasons. If we cancel, you'll have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
5. What if we get lost or stuck on a puzzle?
Don't worry! Each quest includes a hint system accessible through your mobile phone (Whatsapp), so you can request clues if needed.
6. Do you offer group bookings ?
Yes, we customized our quests for private groups from 1 to 6 person.
7. Is there a cancellation policy?
Yes, cancellations are allowed up to 24 hours before the event for a full refund. If you cancel after this period, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for more details.
8. Do you provide insurance for participants?
We strongly recommend participants have their own personal insurance, as we cannot be held liable for injuries, accidents, or personal losses during the quests. Please review our Terms & Conditions for further information.
